Eq2 Apartments Hotel Description
These are truly lovely city centre apartments; choose from 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms or a number of huge duplex apartments. Inside, you'll find Italian designer furniture, contemporary fabrics and fully controllable central heating. Naturally, there is wireless broadband and a rather impressive entertainment system that includes an LCD cable television, superior CD player and TVs in the bedrooms.
The open plan living area includes a generous dining area and a kitchen equipped with the latest appliances; all master bedrooms have an ensuite shower room with hi-fi speaker. Both bathrooms have a superb multi-position Grohe shower. Secure underground parking is available at a small charge of 5.00 per day.
Each of our apartments has a fusion of modern furniture and design classics, a bright open plan modular lounge with 32 inch LCD digital TV (including news, sports & movie channels), WIFI/Broadband Internet access, a great Hi-fi and CD player. For those relaxed evenings in or when you need to entertain the children board games and even a PlayStation are available via the concierge along with a selection of CD's and DVD's.
Our kitchens are finished to a high specification with Smeg integrated fridge, dishwasher and a washer/drier, and after an exhausting day sightseeing and exploring the many Edinburgh attractions relax and unwind in our bathrooms (each apartment has at least 2!), and pamper yourself with all the exquisite bathroom accessories.
Our housekeepers will refresh the apartment daily and continental breakfast is provided in the apartment on arrival and replenished daily.

This 4 star hotel offering 180 rooms features Elements Bar and Restaurant and six meeting rooms. The leisure pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym are for exclusive use of hotel guests only. The hotel does have parking, however it is very limited at 15 spaces and cannot be reserved.

Built in 1879 the Best Western Edinburgh City originally opened as the Simpsons Hotel in 1998. It was the former home to the Edinburgh Royal and Simpsons Memorial Maternity Hospital. The hotel has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard, re branded as the Best Western Edinburgh City Hotel in November 2002; it is ideally situated within easy reach of Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, and the main shopping areas.
