This is a vibrant beach hotel with Malta's night life as well as entertainment and leisure facilities right on the door step. It was renovated in 2007 and comprises a total of 85 rooms. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-in/check out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, 3 lifts, a pub, a restaurant, conference facilities and WLAN/Internet access (for an additional fee). Location
This hotel is situated 75 m from St. George's Bay with its small but well-kept sandy beach. Within 100 m of the hotel guests will find a 16-screen cinema complex showing all the latest releases, a bowling alley, state-of-the-art gym, one of Malta's top shopping complexes and a variety of restaurants, bars and clubs. Malta International Airport is only 8 km away.
How to get there
Guests arriving by car should exit the airport and follow signs to Luqa, Marsa, Harmun and Valletta. Then follow the signs towards Pieta, Msida, Gzira, Sliema, St Julian's. Once in St Julian's, follow the signs to St George's Bay.
Room description
All rooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, a direct dial telephone, a TV, a mini fridge/bar (charges apply), a hairdryer, and a safe (charges apply). Most rooms their own window, balcony or terrace and a wifi Internet connection is also available in some rooms. Furthermore, a radio and tea and coffee making facilities are provided in all accommodation as standard. A number of non-smoking rooms are also on offer.
Sports and entertainment
This hotel features a roof-top pool with a large sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols. For an additional fee guests may also try their hand as banana boating, water skiing, jet skiing, motor boating, diving, windsurfing, sailing and pedal boating. It is also possible to go horse riding and mountain biking (charges apply to both). Malta Golf Club is only a 35-minute drive away.
