Linden Lodge Hotel Description
All our rooms have been recently upgraded, creating a clean, small hotel style feel. Whether its singles, doubles, twins or family rooms, we have a range of accommodation and prices to suit most travellers, holiday makers or longer stay requirements. Why not unwind after a hard days work, shopping or sightseeing in our relaxing lounge bar and patio area; a perfect way to end your day.
We accommodate most special dietary requirements on our breakfast menus, but please be sure to notify the hotel in advance where possible of any special needs.
We have 2 ground floor rooms, one twin en suite and one double en suite room, which can accommodate those not wishing or able to climb many stairs. Please be sure to notify the hotel of your requirements in advance and we will try to accommodate them as best we can.
It is now illegal to smoke in the hotel and offenders will face stiff penalties. The hotel has always been a non-smoking establishment with strictly no smoking allowed in any of the rooms or common areas of the hotel. We can accommodate smoking in our private, rear outdoor garden/patio area but please ask staff on arrival to access this facility. Linden Lodge has only one single room, but it proves to be one of our most popular rooms available. This compact, cosy en suite room offers the listed facilities as well as a range of teas, coffee and biscuits. The room also contains information on where go, places to see and visit and eat in while staying in York, either on holiday or business.
The room is a smaller version of our double and twin en suite rooms and the bathroom comes fitted with modern and contemporary fixtures and fittings consisting of shower, sink, low level flushing toilet, liquid soaps, bath gels and shower cap. A full set of fresh, clean and crisp white sheets, hand towels and bath mats are provided to make the stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.All of our twin en suite rooms have recently been upgraded to provide comfortable, contemporary and modern fixtures, fittings and living standards. Each room contains 2 single beds. As well as the facilities listed, a range of teas, coffee and biscuits together with information on places to eat, see and visit while in York are provided.

Crisp, clean and fresh white bath sheets, hand towels and bath mats are provided as standard. Ground floor rooms are available on request together with walk-in shower facilities.Our double en suite rooms have recently been upgraded to provide comfortable and contemporary fixtures, fittings and modern living styles. As well as the listed facilities, there is a range of teas, coffee and biscuits. Information on local restaurants, attractions and places to see and visit while in York is also provided.
Fresh milk can be provided for the room on arrival, if required, and morning papers can be ordered on request. All our bathroom facilities are clean and modern and are fitted with sinks, showers, low level flushing toilets, liquid soaps, bath gels and shower caps. Crisp clean and fresh, white sheets, hand towels and bath mats come as standard.Our en suite family rooms at Linden Lodge are the largest rooms in the hotel. Each consists of one double bed and 2 single beds and will sleep up to 4 people, consisting of 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 18).
As well as the facilities listed, there is a range of teas, coffee and biscuits in the room. Family rooms are larger versions of our our double and twin en suite rooms and are fitted with comfortable, modern fixtures and fittings. Each contains information on where to eat, what to see and places to go in York and Yorkshire. Board games are available on request.
