The lodge is a Georgian brick building, with heating throughout, sympathetically restored in such a way as to retain the warmth and character of the original house. There are thirteen bedrooms, comprising single, double and twin-bedded accommodation and some rooms open onto a view of the famous Rose Window of the Minster. Our rooms are serviced daily. Half of the accommodation is en suite, with two rooms having half-tester beds. For those without private facilities there is ample bathroom capacity including showers, and all remaining rooms are fitted with washhand basins and some with WC. Please note that the lodge is now totally non-smoking. All rooms are equipped with colour television, hairdryers, and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff of the hotel are anxious to provide the best personal service to guests in order to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay in our City. We look forward to welcoming you.
