Only fifteen minutes walk from the Midland Mainline station, and with quick access via the inner ring road close by, to the M1 and A1. The apartments are only twelve miles from East Midlands Airport. Bus services to all parts of the city are frequent and can be accessed easily on the Derby Road, a two minute walk away. From M1 - J25 Take the A52 towards Nottingham At the first roundabout take the 2nd exit, continuing along the A52, for about 1.3 miles, bear right at the interchange and continue for 1.5 miles. At the roundabout (with the Toby Carvery in front of you) carry straight on for 1.2 miles. Continue to the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit towards the City Centre (A6200) for 0.6 miles. At the traffic lights carry straight on and over the railway bridge At the next set of traffic lights carry straight on until you come to a junction with the Police Station on your right (you need to be in the right hand lane) Cross the junction and continue in the right hand lane towards City Centre (A610) Take the far right hand lane and turn right (signposted Police). Immediately enter left hand lane Cross the road and get into the far left hand lane and then turn left into The Ropewalk immediately after The Ropewalk pub Continue along this road and you will see SACO House in front of you on the left hand side on the corner of Upper College Street The front entrance to SACO House is on The Ropewalk
