The Manchester Whitehouse Hotel was aquired in April 2005 by the Splendid Hotel Group and provides first class business & leisure facilities. All bedrooms are en-suite and offer all you would expect in a 4 star hotel bedroom plus power showers, in room safes, ironing centre & probably the best bed you've ever slept in. In addition to standard accommodation, there are executive rooms and junior suites. The hotel is under new management and the food & service are as good as the facilities, the new brasserie style bar & restaurant offers a wide range of meals and snacks. Close to Manchester City Centre and within 1 mile of Salford Quays, this is an ideal base, just a short taxi ride to the City Centre and ample, free, secure parking is available on site. Conference and meeting facilities are now available in two brand new purpose-built suites, including a luxury new boardroom. The hotel can accommodate up to 60 delegates for a meeting or 50 for private dining. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, which is due to be finished around the middle of May 2006.

From the M6 Leave M6 at 2nd jct 21a signed Manchester, Leeds & Bolton. Join the M62 which becomes the M602. From the M602 jct 3, at the exit roundabout turn left towards Salford and move into the right hand lane to turn right at the traffic lights into Liverpool Street. Hotel is at the end of Liverpool St on the right hand side. From the A56 Keep following the brown tourist signs for Granada Studios until you go past Harry Ramsdens/Casino on your left, at traffic light straight on. Next traffic lights turn right (by Sainsburys). Go past Texaco garage and turn left at the traffic lights. The hotel is 100 yards on the left hand side. From the M61 Follow M61 to end, then follow A580 to Mchester City Centre, past Salford University on left. Carry on to the Old Salford Hospital and turn right at traffic lights onto Oldfield Road. At next traffic lights turn right again, hotel is 100 yards on left.
