From the A3:
- Exit the A3 via the A240.
- Follow it north where it becomes Ewell Road.
- After you have crossed the bridge, it becomes Surbiton Hill Road.
- Take the 3rd right into Beaufort Road.
- Take the 2nd left, and the hotel will be on your left.

Free private car parking is available at the hotel between Friday and Monday. Between Monday and Thursday, the cost is 5 GBP per night.
By rail:
From Surbiton Railway Station (0.7 miles / 1.1 km):
- If on foot, proceed to the end of Station Approach.
- Cross the road onto Claremont Road.
- Continue to the end of Claremont Road and turn right into Maple Road.
- Cross Surbiton Hill Road into Beaufort Road.
- Take the 2nd left and the hotel is situated on your left.
