Large Central Townhouse Hotel Description
This large townhouse is centrally located in the highly desirable West End area of Edinburgh. This building dates back from the 1860s (with various period features) and is split over three levels - the two upper floors are linked by an elegant sweeping staircase. It also benefits from secondary glazing (front facing windows) a magnificent cupola in the upper hall and a private south facing tiered back garden. It is within close proximity to shops, restaurants, EICC and historic sites.
This accomodation comprises: 7 well proportioned bedrooms with link beds- (can be made up to be either single or double beds)- with the added benefit of 6 bedrooms having en-suite and one large shower room.
There is a separate kitchen and a reception hall providing access to the upper floors by means of a grand sweeping staircase. The large lounge has volumes of natural light from two large sash and case windows, elegant original white marble fireplace (open) forming an attractive focal point.
Minimum two night stay over weekends and minimum three night stay over christmas
