Our Victorian family home enjoys a stunning outlook over the city skyline, from Arthur's Seat on the left to Edinburgh Castle on the right, with all main monuments in between.
Eildon Street is a quiet cul-de-sac off Inverleith Row, near the East Gate of the Royal Botanic Garden.
Princes Street is only 15 minutes walking distance away.

Built in 1980's Edinburgh, this charming Victorian house was originally a sea merchants house and is centrally sistuated only a mile and a half from Edinburgh Castle, Royal Museum of Scotland , the Royal Mile and the Palace of Holyroodhouse. The Royal Yacht brittania is berthed at Leith which is only a ten minute walk away, along with the finest fish restaurants and wine bars, and we will be able to recommend the best restaurants to dine in.

Built in 1879 the Best Western Edinburgh City originally opened as the Simpsons Hotel in 1998. It was the former home to the Edinburgh Royal and Simpsons Memorial Maternity Hospital. The hotel has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard, re branded as the Best Western Edinburgh City Hotel in November 2002; it is ideally situated within easy reach of Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, and the main shopping areas. The hotel has a recently renovated dining room, which is intimate and modern.
