Originally built in 1868, Ashgrove House Hotel has recently been refurbished to offer all modern comforts within a traditional Victorian villa. Ideally set on the A8, which serves Edinburgh city centre from the west, the hotel occupies a superb central location, within a 10-minute walk of the world-famous Princes Street.
The hotel also provides easy access to other Scottish cities via excellent transport links. It is on the bus route to Edinburgh Airport (Airlink Bus); 5-minutes away from Waverley Train Station; and within a 3-minute walk of Haymarket Station. |

This charming, intimate and stylish little hotel has been owned by successive generations of the same family for fifty years. In 2007 the hotel shut for extensive renovations and refurbishment with simply stunning results. Although priding itself on old-fashioned personal service, there is nothing staid or old-fashioned about the hotel. The public areas are open plan, cool, contemporary and with all the sophistication you would expect from a city centre bar and restaurant. This family friendly establishment comprises a total of 11 rooms and offers guests a lobby area, a bar and a restaurant.

We are an Edinburgh family run bed and breakfast, and we are only a short bus journey, on the local buses which run regularly into Edinburgh?s city centre. We are very close to the new Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, and we are also near the very picturesque Craigmillar Castle Edinburgh.
The Cameron Bed and Breakfast is within easy reach of Edinburgh University's Pollock Halls of Residence and the Royal Commonwealth Pool, which also has a health club on the premises.
All our rooms are freshly decorated and we guarantee you a good Scottish breakfast in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
