DescriptionThe open plan lounge has twin sofas, and a generous dining area. The fully fitted kitchen is ideal for preparing your own meals - or dishing up that tasty takeaway - and comes complete with the all-important dishwasher. The two bedroom apartments have a choice of configurations: double/twin; twin/twin; or double/single. The one bedroom is nice and simple: it has a double.
In the lounge, cable TV and CD system will keep your eyes and ears happy for days. Each of our apartments has a lounge with dining area, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/drier and bathroom with bath & shower. The lounge/dining area has comfortable sofas, cable TV (including news, sports & movie channels) & a direct dial phone. Everything from bed linen & towels to wine glasses and a hairdryer is provided, and housekeeping will refresh the apartment daily. Although the apartments are self catering, an initialstarter pack of oven fresh bakers loaf, preserves, butter, breakfast cereals, fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits is provided on arrival.

Take the A8 from Edinburgh Airport through Corstorphine to Haymarket. Stay in the outside lane and follow the signs for the EICC. Carry straight on through the traffic lights at the top of Dewar Place into Gardners Crescent. At the roundabout turn right and then first right into Grove Street. Fountain Court is located some 100 yards down on the right hand side. 100 yards past the main office is the car access, please ask at the office for the Drive-in code

Waverley Railway Station, Tourist Information Centre & City Centre
From the Waverley Train Station, Edinburgh. Turn left (West) onto Princes Street (the gardens will be on your left hand side). You are no longer able to drive West along Princes Street between 7am 8pm; therefore please follow the diversion signs which will take you right onto South St David Street, (Jenners will be on your left). At the end of South St David Street, turn left onto Queen Street. Proceed along Queen Street, and at the end follow the road round to the left onto North Charlotte Street. Continue straight up to South Charlotte Street until you join with Princes Street again. Once on Princes Street, get into the far left hand lane, you will see Frasers Department store on your right and the Rutland Hotel ahead of you, and turn left onto Lothian Road. Proceed up Lothian Road through 4 sets of traffic lights (you will pass the Sheraton Hotel on your right). After the 4th set of traffic lights, you will pass the Odeon Cinema, and see Woolworths on the right hand side, please make sure that you are in the right hand lane for the 5th set of traffic lights, and turn right onto Fountainbridge. Proceed along Fountainbridge, and you will pass the Mecca Bingo on your left hand side. At the roundabout go straight over, the next turning on the right is Grove Street. Fountain Court is located some 100 yards down on the right hand side. This is a one-way street; please take your time if you miss us you will have to go round a one-way system. 100 yards past the main office is the car access, please ask at the office for the Drive-in code.

West from the A8. Follow A8 into the city Centre to Haymarket, keep in right hand lane which takes you through a set of traffic lights on to Torphicen Street, (do not follow one way system to right but carry on along Torphicen Street) this curves to your right onto Dewar Place and up a short hill, at the top, at the traffic lights get in the middle lane. Proceed straight over into Gardners Crescent. Watch out for the light sequence at these lights, there will be a right green arrow for traffic filtering onto Morrison Street do not cross over till you have a full green light. At the end of Gardners Crescent at the roundabout turn right and then first right into Grove Street. Fountain Court is located some 100 yards down on the right hand side. South from A702. Follow A702 through Morningside and onto Bruntsfield Place that in turn leads onto Leven Street and Home Street. Gilmore Place will be on your left-hand side, take the second turning past Gilmore Place on the left marked Thorny-bauk (just after the Royal Bank of Scotland). Follow the road 200 yards till you get to a set of traffic lights get in the left hand lane, turn left onto Fountain bridge 100 yards at the roundabout go straight over, the next turning on the right is Grove Street. Fountain Court is located some 100 yards down on the right hand side. South from A701. Follow A701 to Edinburgh as you near the city Centre the local street names are Mayfield Gardens, Minto Street, Newington Road and then South Clerk Street. At the traffic lights turn into Hope Park Terrace, straight over onto Melville Drive and carry on to Tollcross. At Tollcross get into the middle lane, which will go straight over into a small one way side street. 50 yards on and the fire station will be on your right, turn right onto Ponton Street and get into the left hand lane turn left onto Fountain bridge 100 yards at the roundabout go straight over, the next turning on the right is Grove Street. From the Forth Road Bridge take the A90 to Edinburgh City Centre along Queensferry road approximately 7 miles. You will pass a Holiday Inn on your right at a large set of traffic lights (the A90 bears to the right) carry on for a
further mile to a small mini roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Queensferry Terrace. Continue straight onto Belford Road and onto Douglas Gardens and Palmerston Place. At Palmerston Place traffic lights go straight over onto A8 Torphican Street (do not follow one way system to right but carry on along Torphicen Street) this curves to your right and up a short hill, at the top, at the traffic lights get in the middle lane. Proceed straight over into Gardners Crescent.
