Ramside Hall Classic & Golf Club Hotel Description
The oldest part of Ramside Hall dates back to 1820. Sympathetic and stylish extensions have subsequently transformed Ramside into a magnificent hotel venue.
Ramside Hall offers an excellent selection of 80 ensuite bedrooms, each one individually decorated and furnished. They all offer tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, satellite TV with in-room movies, radio, direct dial telephones, iron and trouser press and fresh fruit. The Premier rooms and feature bedrooms have a whirlpool bath and large bathrooms. The hotel also offers both smoking and non-smoking bedrooms. Ramside Hall offers three different dining experiences. The Restaurant, which overlooks the gardens and fountain, serves a traditional menu whilst a more cosmopolitan choice is available in the Grill Room.
Ramside Halls championship 27 hole golf course comprises 3 loops of 9 holes with large areas of mature woodland, 14 lakes and bunkers. The Ramside Academy has excellent facilities including the A-Star computerised teaching aid plus the magnificent clubhouse is well equipped with billiards, steam room and sauna. |

Kings Lodge stands at the South East entrance to Flass Vale, an urban nature reserve on the edge of the site of the famous battle of Nevilles Cross at which, in 1346, the invading army of King David of Scotland was beaten off by English troops led by Ralph Neville and Henry Percy.
