DescriptionPeckforton Castle is the realisation of the dreams of one man. John Tollemache, MP for Cheshire, built this breathtaking castle between 1844 and 1851. Standing atop a wooded hillside, its dramatic silhouette can be seen for miles across the Cheshire Plains. Today it is a magnificent Grade 1 listed building and architecturally recognised as the UK's truest representation of a medieval castle.
Conveniently located in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, the Peckforton Castle is close to international airports and national rail links, many local amenities and attractions.
On arrival, you will receive a warm welcome and attentive service throughout the length of your stay. So why not escape the modern world and experience the best of a country hotel retreat.
