The AA has awarded Beaumont House 4 red diamonds for 2006, placing it in the top 10% of 4 diamond establishments. The RAC has made two awards for the same period. Beaumont House was built in the 1850s in the Regency period of Cheltenham as a private house / villa. It was converted to a hotel in the 1980s. The hotel has 16 bedrooms, all en suite, is family run in a relaxed friendly style with the emphasis on warmth, peace and comfort; it is set in beautiful gardens where drinks may be enjoyed on summer evenings; there is ample car parking space. Our comfortable lounge is the perfect place to relax with a good novel, enjoy a complimentray cappuccino or a drink from our Trust Bar [sorry, not complimentary!] before going out for dinner. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
