The old Drill Hall is situated just off Old Market Street and is in a regenerating area and is just 5 minutes walk to the new expanding Bristol City Centre, Malborough bus station and all its amenities such as Museums, Bars, Clubs, Resturants, Bristol University, BRI Hospital. It is also just 10 minutes walk to Bristol Templemeads Train Station. This 2 bedroom contemporary apartment is fully furnished bright and spacious, it has been developed to a very high specification. Apartment comprises of a very large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with a smaller bedroom off the lounge, a large double bedroom on a mezzanine floor overlooking the living/lounge area and a bathroom with shower over bath. Other facilities: Broadband, equipped kitchen, washer dryer, fridge/freezer, flat screen tv with freeview or digital channels, extra double sofa bed in lounge, bed linen change and cleaning once per week. Apartment is accessible by going up a few steps. Therefore not suitable for wheelchair access. No Children, No parking on site. Please give time of arrival as no reception office is on site |
