The recently opened air-conditioned apartment block comprises a total of 40 modern and fully furnished apartments spread over 9 floors. The facilities include a lobby with a reception and a lift, WLAN Internet access, a 24-hour security system, chip card keys, room and laundry service, as well as a private car park. The apartments are located very close to the famous Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (City of Arts and Sciences), near the shopping centre El Corte Ingles y Aqua. The beach Playa Malvarrosa and the Old Town of Valencia are easily reached after a 10-minute drive. Public transport links are located directly by the hotel. Valencia airport is around 15 km from the hotel. The apartments come with individually regulated air conditioning and heating, a bathroom, a direct dial telephone and cable TV. There are 15 apartments (35 mē) with a bedroom and a kitchenette with a double bed sofa, 15 apartments (50 mē) with 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette with a double bed sofa, as well as 10 apartments (75 mē) with two bedrooms, a living room with a double bed sofa, a kitchen and a toilet. American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and VISA are all accepted as methods of payment. Even though the reception is open 24 hours, guests are requested to let the hotel know of their arrival time in advance. There are small differences between the accommodation in the apartments and the finca. |
