The apart-hotel manilva green is set amongst vineyards and situated only 2km from the marina la duquesa and 300m from the typical andalusian village manilva.The hotel offers fabulous views of the sea and mountains and the sandy beaches are only 1,5km away.Golf clubs at less than 15 minutes drive: valderrama, sotogrande, san roque, almenara, la reserva, la duquesa, el cortesín, doña julia, la cañada, alcaidesa and estepona.Golf clubs at less than 30 minutes drive: la quinta, los naranjos, los flamingos, atalaya, el paraíso and monte mayor golf clubs at less than 45 minutes drive: río real, santa clara, santa maría, marbella golf and country club, cabopino,? at 15km, heading west, you can find sotogrande and at 15km heading east you find estepona.The nearest airports are gibraltar (25 km.) and malaga (90km.) on sundays you have a street market at 1km from the complex.The manilva green complex is built with an excellent standard of construction.There are 133 units in total but the complex is divided in 9 smaller buildings hosting a variety of studios, one and 2 bedroom apartments, duplexes with 2 bedrooms and penthouses, all with great sea and mountain views.In the exterior of the complex, you will find a swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas for rent and a snack-bar (only opens during the summer season), a children?s pool and gardens.

The Veramar Apartments are situated in good location in Fuengirola, close to the beach and the Sohail Castle. There are plenty of shops, cafes, bars, pubs & restaurants in the immediate area with a wider variety available on the main seafront. The town centre is also within easy walking distance approximately 1km from the apartments. The Veramar has been popular with British holidaymakers for years due to the friendly, welcoming atmosphere offered by the staff.
Studio apartments sleep upto 3 people and have a kitchenette, balcony/terrace, heating, telephone and satellite TV. There are also one bedroom family rooms available which sleep upto 4 people on a room only basis or half board basis. The family rooms do not have a kitchen, although they do have a fridge and microwave oven.
Overall, the Veramar offers simple accommodation in a good location at excellent value for money.
