Block of 10 studio apartments located in the Barceloneta area by the beach. All the apartments have been completely refurbished on 2006 and decorated with modern taste. The design plays with brick walls and light colours whilst maintaining touches of Spanish details. Ideally located in the heart of Barcelona is the triangular district known as Barceloneta ('Little Barcelona'). The apartments lie between the harbour and the sea, retaining a distinctive atmosphere and identity. This area in traditionally known as the city's gateway to the beach. There are many seafood and paella restaurants throughout this beach area. Within a few minutes walk one can reach some of the main parts of the city including Las Ramblas, Port Vell Marina, the Born district with its fashionable nightlife, the Liceu Opera House, the amazing central market La Boqueria, the Villa Olimpica Marina, and Barcelona Zoo. Barceloneta is an old and quaint neighborhood, historically the fisherman´s village of Barcelona. Narrow streets and colourful local characters give you a true Mediterrenean feeling. The Barceloneta beach is the beach closest to the city center. From your apartment you can enjoy sun, sand, shopping, culture and entertainment almost all year round.
