Having opened in 1308, the Cavalletto & Doge Orselo is one of the oldest hotels on Venice Island. Located no more than 20 steps (!) from St Marks Square (the hub of Venice), the hotel overlooks a canal and has its own mooring for gondalas and watertaxis; perfect for those guests wishing to arrive and travel around Venice in style.
