The residence is also equipped with a meeting room fitted with facilities for video projections and audio installations, monitored by the event organisation office. Built in 1800, the aparthotel also offers a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access, a TV lounge and a car park. For an additional fee, guests may also make use of the WLAN Internet access and both the room and laundry services.
