Zarenhof Hotel Description
The Zarenhof Court of the Czars is dedicated to the memory of the last Russian Czar and his family.
The 19th century building, in which the hotel is located, has been renovated carefully and decorated with affection. The elegant interior reminds of the Russian Silver Decade, which can be compared with the Roaring Twenties in Germany. A gallery of majestic portraits of the Czar and his wife, pictures of the Czar's children and photographs of the turn of the century grace the hallways, the apartments and the dining room.
The splendid mirrors and jewellery decorations, worked in the tradition of the master Fabergé, give the house a unique and aristocratic atmosphere.

The building also hosts the Tom's Bar, one of the oldest and most popular gay bars in Berlin. The area around Motzstraße, which is known for being the gay district of the city, is also renowned for many other highlights of the gay community, including shops, clubs, restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs. The famous KaDeWe shopping center and the Ku’damm (Kurfürstendamm) Boulevard are within walking distance of the hotel, as well.
