The pedestrian precinct (Rue de France & Rue Massena) begins just 20 meters away with all the shops and restaurants. Avenue Jean Médecin with its big stores and shopping center Nice Etoile just 3 minutes away on foot.
There is a car park 20 meters from the hotel in the Avenue de Verdun.
The old town is 4 mins on foot.

From Monaco or the port of Nice, drive along the sea front. Turn right when you get to the Albert 1er gardens and you will find yourself on the main square, Place Masséna. Turn left in the middle of the square. This is the Avenue de Verdun. The Rue Paradis is on the corner of the Hotel Plaza.
By train: Out of the train station, cross over the road and go towards the left until you get to Rue Paganini. Take this road which becomes Rue Alphonse Karr. At the end of this street you will find yourself on a pedestrian square called Place Magenta. The Rue Paradis is right opposite. The journey should take approximately 10-12 minutes.
By bus: Take bus N12 opposite the railway station and get off at 'Grimaldi'. The Place Magenta is across the street opposite and the Rue Paradis is opposite the square on the other side.
Please note that the reception closes at 18:00 on certain days. The code to gain access into the hotel is zero/one/nine/four/five and the letter 'A'.
Once inside, the code for the safe on your left to get your keys is zero/zero/one/zero/six/six and the letter 'A'.
