The hotel is built 1994 and renovated 2004. 5 floors (including basement floor) and 3 lifts. All rooms are newly furnished. 112 double rooms, 22 triple and 6 family rooms. All rooms have a telephone, ensuite bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe box (charged locally), balcony, satellite TV and split air-conditioning. Family room has one bedroom and one living-sleeping room. Room cleaning is daily, sheets change in every 3 days and towels change in every 3 days.Once a sleepy fishing village, Marmaris has ballooned into one of the largest resorts on the Aegean coast, if not Turkey. Little of its history remains, as the town is now a modern development with tourism at its heart and soul. In addition to the climate, beaches and facilities of the town, the transportation infrastructure is a definite plus for attracting visitors.
