The minimum stay of one room that involves the night of April. 16, 17, 25 or 26 must be at least 3 nights straight. Or else, the reservation will not be acceptable.
1. Credit card details --- Card type, Card No., Card holder, Expiry date, Card holder?s signature and hard copy of credit card (both sides) must be faxed to the hotel after booking is made.
2. No modification of the date is acceptable for a confirmed reservation.
2. Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellations should be made before March 20th, 2007 , and valid by our written confirmation. Or else, one night room rate in the fair time should be charged for each cancellation as the compensation.
3. Early Check-out Policy: during fair period, actually stay for at least 3 continuing nights, you will be free of compensation; actually stay less than 3 continuing night or the staying night less than those of the confirmed reservation, one night room rate during fair period should be charged as the compensation.
4. No show: any guaranteed room will be held until 12:00A.M of the second day after check-in date, overtime will be acknowledged as cancellation and one night room rate during fair period should be charged as the compensation;
