Hout Bay to Marlinspike At the first traffic Circle in Hout Bay, turn right into Victoria Road, and proceed over the bridge to the only traffic lights in Hout Bay where you should turn left down Victoria Avenue. Follow Victoria Avenue through the village down to the harbour. Pass Mariner's Wharf on your left. 400m further you will pass Dirty Dick's Tavern on your right. 200m further, on your right, you will see the first of 5 Marlinspike Lodge direction signs. At the first T junction, turn right into Karbonkel Road. Take the second right into Bay View Road, and then the first right, into Marlin Crescent. Proceed about 200m and you will find Marlinspike Lodge, a yellow double storey, terra cotta coloured building on the bend, on the left, opposite a large church.
